Description

    • Oversee all MEP onsite activities for healthcare and hospital construction projects.
    • Coordinate mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and low‑voltage systems.
    • Manage MEP subcontractors, sequencing, inspections, testing, and commissioning.
    • Ensure compliance with public works requirements, healthcare codes, safety standards, and infection control protocols.
    • Work closely with Project Managers, facility teams, inspectors, and consultants to resolve issues and maintain schedules.

Profile

A successful MEP Superintendent should have:

    • Proven experience supervising MEP scopes on healthcare and hospital projects.
    • Strong understanding of complex building systems, life‑safety requirements, and regulated environments.
