Job Description
Manage day-to-day operations of multifamily construction projects, ensuring project timelines are met. Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and on-site personnel to ensure quality work. Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays promptly. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies on-site. Communicate regularly with project stakeholders to provide updates and address concerns. Maintain accurate project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and reports. Conduct site inspections to ensure work aligns with project specifications and standards. Resolve on-site issues efficiently to avoid project delays.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Construction Multifamily Superintendent should have: Experience managing multifamily construction projects from start to finish. Strong leadership and organizational skills to manage teams effectively. Knowledge of construction safety regulations and best practices. Excellent communication skills for working with subcontractors and stakeholders. Ability to read and interpret construction blueprints and specifications. Problem-solving skills to address on-site challenges promptly.
