We are looking for a hands-on, motivated Construction Management Intern to join our field operations team. This internship provides valuable on-site experience in managing construction projects, coordinating with subcontractors, and ensuring safety and quality standards are met. The ideal candidate is pursuing a degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field and is eager to gain real-world experience on active job sites. Key Responsibilities:- Assist the field team with daily site operations and coordination.
- Monitor project progress and help maintain schedules.
- Support site safety efforts and participate in safety meetings.
- Help track materials, deliveries, and subcontractor activities.
- Participate in quality control inspections and documentation.
- Attend project meetings and assist with reporting and communication.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the project team.
Qualifications:- Currently enrolled in a Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related program.
- Strong interest in field operations and hands-on construction experience.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work outdoors and on active construction sites.
- Basic understanding of construction drawings and terminology is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Procore or similar platforms is a bonus.
Work Environment:- Primarily field-based at active construction sites.
- May involve exposure to varying weather conditions and physical activity.
- PPE will be provided and required on-site.
