Location: Lebanon, IN (100% On-Site)

What You'll Do
- Process weekly and bi-weekly payroll for field and office employees
- Review, audit, and reconcile employee timecards for accuracy
- Prepare certified payroll reports and prevailing wage documentation
- Manage union payroll, fringe benefits, and related reporting requirements
- Respond to payroll inquiries and resolve payroll discrepancies
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations
What You'll Bring
- 3+ years of payroll experience, preferably in construction
- Experience with certified payroll, prevailing wage, and/or union payroll
- Strong knowledge of payroll systems and Microsoft Excel
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Multi-state payroll experience
- CPP (Certified Payroll Professional) designation
- Experience with construction accounting or ERP software
