Seeking a project manager for a nationwide general contractor specializing in food facilities. Focus on operational efficiency, process flow, and food safety compliance. Responsibilities include defining project requirements, developing layouts, estimating costs, preparing subcontractor scopes, securing pricing, negotiating contracts, and industry networking. Qualifications include a BSE in IE, ME, EE, ET or related fields, 3+ years in construction planning for food, beverage, or pharma facilities, and experience with process design, utility requirements, and general contracting. Knowledge of Revit, AutoCad, and project management tools is a plus. Projects are nationwide with a home office; travel is about 3 nights/month. Salary ranges from $120K-$125K with bonuses up to $180K, plus benefits including health, dental, 401K match, car allowance, travel expenses, and vacation.
