    • Participate in the team to provide the focal point for the identification and satisfaction of internal and external customer needs and expectations consistent with Company goals and objectives.
    • Plan, design, and prepare work orders to ensure completion is consistent with customer needs, Company standards, all safety considerations, and applicable codes.
    • Arrange contracts and acquire Right of Way needed to provide service to the customer.
    • Supply to a positive Company image by providing outstanding customer service in a courteous and professional manner.
    • Coordinate with team members to keep jobs on schedule and exceed customer expectations.
    • Assist other team members and departments with disaster recovery.Education and ExperienceHigh School diploma or equivalentElectrical utility experience recommendedTechnical Degree or Engineering DegreeComputer Aided Drafting (CAD) experience preferredWork Management System experience recommended
