We are seeking a Construction Project Manager with experience moving dirt for civil and environmental construction projects to join our team! You will oversee civil construction projects from a strategic or tactical viewpoint, depending on the role.
Responsibilities may include:
Oversee all aspects of construction project from planning to implementation
Allocate resources for assigned projects
Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors
Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients
Negotiate with contractors to receive reasonable order costs
Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications
Qualifications:
Previous experience in construction project management or as a superintendent for civil projects - your experience must be ground level, not physical buildings. Grading, drainage, pavement, landscape must be your focus.
Familiarity with construction management software
Strong leadership qualities
Solid work tenure
Deadline and detail-oriented
Available for travel to work sites, and to work in the office in Phoenix
