Job TitleConstruction Project ManagerJob DescriptionManage end-to-end Class A interiors renovation projects, ensuring timely and budget-conscious delivery. Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project specifications are met. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and progress reports. Monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. Identify and mitigate risks to ensure smooth project execution. Lead project meetings and communicate effectively with stakeholders. Oversee procurement of materials and manage vendor relationships. Strong project management skills, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation. Knowledge of construction safety standards and regulations. Ability to lead teams and collaborate effectively with various stakeholders. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
