Strong project pipeline with great opportunity for career growth.About Our ClientOur GC client is looking to reinforce their project management team with an experienced Project Manager. This client has over 170 employees across their two offices while the Savannah office is newer to their business with about 15 people locally. They pride themselves on being team oriented and empowering their employees to take ownership, accountability, and being problem solvers. They are agile and nimble and can shift their focus based on the needs of the market.Job DescriptionManage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful completion.Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to maintain workflow.Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards on all projects.Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays proactively.Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders and management.Review and approve project plans, drawings, and specifications.Negotiate contracts and manage vendor relationships effectively.Facilitate communication between all parties involved in the construction process.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
