Construction Pricing & Data Coordinator

Location: Remote – Pittsburgh, PA Area
Training: Initial onsite training required in Pittsburgh

Oxford Solutions is working with a client seeking a Construction Pricing & Data Coordinator for a remote opportunity. Candidates must live in the Pittsburgh area and be available for initial onsite training.

This is more than a traditional data entry position. The role supports construction-related quoting and pricing activities and involves working with a high volume of product, material, vendor, and pricing information.

We are seeking someone who is familiar with construction, building materials, manufacturing, or a related industry. Experience could come from an office environment or from working with building products and materials in a retail setting such as a home improvement or building supply operation.

Responsibilities

• Enter and maintain construction-related pricing, quote, product, and vendor information
• Review pricing and numerical data for accuracy and completeness
• Assist with information used to prepare and process customer quotes and estimates
• Work with product and material information commonly used in construction and building projects
• Communicate with internal employees regarding pricing, quotes, and missing information
• Maintain accurate and organized electronic records

Qualifications

• Previous administrative, data entry, pricing, quoting, or order processing experience
• Construction, building materials, manufacturing, or related industry experience strongly preferred
• Familiarity with construction products, materials, terminology, or pricing is highly desirable
• Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail
• Comfortable working with large amounts of pricing and product data
• Organized and able to work independently in a remote environment
• Must have a reliable computer, phone, and high-speed internet connection
• Must live in the Pittsburgh, PA area and be available for initial onsite training
