Job Title: Construction Program Manager 3

Salary Range: $80/hr to $100/hr on W2
Introduction
We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Program Manager to oversee and manage complex construction projects from inception through completion. This role offers an opportunity to work on technologically advanced data center projects, providing owner-side experience in a dynamic and challenging environment.
Required Skills & Qualifications
7-10 years of experience in construction management and field oversight, including managing construction activities, contractors, project execution, site logistics, quality, safety, and commissioning efforts on complex projects.
5-8 years of experience in schedule management and project controls, including reviewing baseline schedules, analyzing progress, evaluating schedule impacts, coordinating recovery plans, monitoring milestones, and managing project reporting.
5-8 years of experience in contract administration, design coordination, and commercial management, including working with construction contracts, RFIs, submittals, change management, procurement activities, contractor performance, and stakeholder coordination.
Experience managing large-scale commercial, industrial, infrastructure, mission-critical, healthcare, manufacturing, or data center projects.
Professional certifications such as CCM, PMP, PE, LEED, OSHA, or equivalent credentials.
Strong knowledge of construction operations, scheduling, project controls, contractor management, design coordination, risk management, and construction contracts.
Prior work experience in the client's industry.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Project Management, or a related technical discipline.
Professional certifications such as CCM, PMP, PE, LEED, OSHA, or equivalent credentials.
Experience managing large-scale commercial, industrial, infrastructure, mission-critical, healthcare, manufacturing, or data center projects.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Provide overall construction management support throughout all phases of project development and execution.
Monitor construction activities to verify work is progressing in accordance with approved plans, specifications, permits, contracts, and project requirements.
