The Construction Project Coordinator contributes to Kura success by managing in planning, construction management and financial oversight in new store or renovation construction projects while maintaining the highest standards of excellence in delivering the Kura experience in our stores. Be responsible for the construction process so that projects are completed on time and under budget.
This role is a hybrid/remote role. The selected candidate must be able to meet in person as needed to carry out necessary functions of the role. Candidate must reside in North Carolina; near or around the Charlotte area.

Education/Experience: Four-year college degree in Construction Management major preferred but not required. Progressive experience in assisting a construction team in a multi-unit retail or restaurant environment preferred but not required. At least 2 years of construction coordination on multiple projects is required.
