Construction Project Coordinator

A growing construction company is seeking a Project Coordinator / Estimating Coordinator / Sales Support Specialist to support commercial and civil construction projects. This role is ideal for an organized, detail-oriented professional who can manage permitting, project coordination, estimating support, and administrative functions in a fast-paced environment.

This is a 100% off based position based in Delray Beach, FL.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare, submit, and track commercial construction permit applications
• Coordinate with local municipalities and regulatory agencies
• Support Project Managers with scheduling, documentation, and project tracking
• Assist with estimates, bids, proposals, and sales support activities
• Maintain accurate project records, deadlines, and customer information
• Communicate with clients, vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams

Qualifications:

• Experience in commercial and/or civil construction
• Background in project coordination, estimating, construction administration, permitting, or sales support
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, especially Excel and Outlook
• Experience with Procore, Salesforce, Vista Viewpoint, or similar construction/project management software preferred
• Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
