You'll spend most of your time working with our Project Managers from the office, while also visiting jobsites throughout the Twin Cities metro as needed.You'll work directly with homeowners, subcontractors, crews, vendors, and our internal team, making fluent English and Spanish communication a requirement for this position.What You'll DoYou'll support three Project Managers with the day-to-day coordination of active roofing, siding, and exterior remodeling projects.Responsibilities include:Coordinate project schedules and help keep active jobs moving on timeAssemble and review project packets, scopes, measurements, photos, material information, and job detailsCommunicate project information and scheduling with subcontractors and crewsServe as a key point of communication with Spanish-speaking subcontractors and crew membersCommunicate with homeowners regarding scheduling, project updates, questions, and next stepsReview invoices and project documentation for accuracyMaintain accurate job information, notes, photos, and documentation in company systemsCoordinate materials, project requirements, and outstanding job itemsVisit residential jobsites throughout the Twin Cities metro when field support is neededTake jobsite photos and document project conditionsAssist with warranty inspections, project completion, and quality-control needsIdentify missing information or potential problems before they delay a projectWhat We're Looking ForRequiredFluent/bilingual English and Spanish communicationSome previous construction experienceUnderstanding of how a residential construction project or jobsite operatesStrong organization and attention to detailComfortable managing multiple projects, deadlines, and prioritiesComfortable communicating with homeowners, subcontractors, crews, and internal team membersComfortable using computers, smartphones, and project-management technologyWilling and able to work approximately 30% of the role in the fieldComfortable visiting active residential construction sitesWilling to work occasional Saturdays during peak season, typically June through OctoberValid driver's license and acceptable driving recordConstruction Experience Can Come From Several BackgroundsYou do not need to already be a Project Manager.We'd like to hear from candidates who have worked in areas such as:Roofing or sidingResidential remodelingExterior constructionConstruction laborSubcontracting or installation crewsField supervisionConstruction coordinationProduction coordinationRoofing or exterior salesAssistant Project ManagementIf you understand what it takes to get a construction project completed and want to move into a more stable, salaried coordination role, we encourage you to apply.Office + Field ExpectationsThis position is approximately 70% office-based and 30% field-based.Most days will be spent supporting project operations from our Eden Prairie office.
