Our client, a leading global technology and cloud infrastructure company, is seeking a Construction Project Coordinator to join their team. As a Construction Project Coordinator, you will be part of the Data Center Delivery department supporting cross-functional construction, engineering, and commissioning teams. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and attention to detail which will align successfully in the organization.

Construction Project Coordinator (6-month contract)

Location:

Wenatchee, WA (Onsite)

Pay Range:

$78.96 – $85.05/hour


What’s the Job?

  • Support construction project execution from initiation through closeout, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met
  • Coordinate meetings, vendor activities, and cross-functional team communications
  • Maintain and organize project documentation, including drawings, reports, and compliance records
  • Track project progress, risks, and KPIs, providing regular updates to stakeholders
  • Assist with site safety coordination, including EHS documentation and daily observations

 

What’s Needed?

  • 3–5 years of experience in construction, engineering, or project coordination roles
  • Proficiency with project tracking tools such as Excel, MS Project, or dashboards
  • Strong ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate across stakeholders
  • Excellent communication skills across technical and non-technical teams
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation management
