Job Title: Construction Project Coordinator
Pay Range: $18.00 – $23.00 per hour
Reports To: Project Manager Supervisor
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (On-site position)

The Construction Project Coordinator supports Project Managers in the planning, coordination, and execution of restoration and reconstruction projects. This role ensures projects run smoothly from start to finish through organized documentation, scheduling, and consistent communication with customers, subcontractors, and internal teams. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple projects simultaneously, and adapts well to changing priorities.
Coordinate administrative aspects of multiple construction/restoration projects
Organize and maintain project files (digital and hard copy)
Schedule subcontractors, inspections, and project activities
Communicate with customers, property managers, tenants, and insurance adjusters
Serve as a liaison between customers and Project Managers
Track project progress, updates, and changes to schedules
Prepare and edit scopes of work, estimates, budgets, and correspondence
Deliver required documentation to customers, trades, and internal departments
Address customer questions and concerns with professionalism and compassion
Assist with project scheduling through completion
Support Project Managers with project-related tasks and reporting
Maintain detailed notes and updates on active projects
Assist with reception coverage and administrative support as needed
Participate in required training and perform additional duties as assigned
High school diploma required; post-secondary education preferred
Minimum 3+ years of office or administrative experience
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Typing speed of at least 40 WPM
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to meet deadlines independently and as part of a team
Professional, detail-oriented, and customer-focused
Experience with Xactimate/XactAnalysis preferred
Restoration or construction industry experience preferred
