Construction Project Coordinator

A high-end residential construction company is seeking an experienced Construction Client Services Coordinator to serve as the primary point of contact for approximately 50+ clients in the Palm Beach area.

This is a client-facing position requiring strong residential construction experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to coordinate repairs and service requests from start to finish.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients.
• Respond to client requests regarding repairs, maintenance, and construction issues.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to resolve issues.
• Schedule and follow up on repairs and service work.
• Communicate updates and timelines to clients.
• Visit properties when necessary to assess issues or coordinate work.
• Track outstanding requests and ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain a professional level of service appropriate for high-end clientele.

Qualifications

• Residential construction experience required.
• Strong understanding of construction, repairs, and building systems.
• Experience coordinating subcontractors and multiple trades.
• Excellent communication and customer-service skills.
• Highly organized with strong follow-through.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
