We're seeking an organized, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys coordinating projects, tracking progress, and collaborating with multiple teams.
Project coordination and administrative support
Construction, maintenance, and capital projects
Work with vendors, contractors, operations, and leadership
Utilize Excel, CMMS software, OneDrive, and other company systems
Associate's degree in Business Admin or Construction/Project Management preferred
Previous project coordination, construction, maintenance or operations experience preferred
Must have a valid driver's license - Some travel required
