Project Coordinator
A full-service general contracting firm located outside of Topeka. They focus primarily multifamily and commercial projects, up to $40M in value. Job Description
- Coordinate project schedules and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
- Maintain and organize project documentation and records.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure alignment.
- Monitor project progress and provide updates to relevant parties.
- Assist in preparing project reports and presentations.
- Support the team in resolving any issues or challenges that arise during the project lifecycle.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and project requirements.
- Provide general administrative support to the construction team as needed.

The Successful Applicant
- A background in construction project coordination.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools, specifically Procore
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to liaise with teams and stakeholders.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing project needs.
