Russ Hadick & Associates has partnered with a Columbus, OH area client to help them search and qualify candidates for their Project Engineer position. Primary responsibilities of the job include:
- Seeking a Project Engineer with experience running public works projects
- Experience running your own jobs with strong leadership skills
- Must have experience with projects from $5K-1 million in size
- Must have at least 3 years’ experience
- Ground up experience
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Successfully completing projects on time and on budget
A successful candidate will possess the following:
- A 4-year degree in Construction or Engineering
- Previous experience running projects up to $1 million
- A desire to do things right the first time
- Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve
- Understanding of shop drawings
- Ability to maintain schedules and budgets
Salary Range: $80-100K
