Job Description

Assist Project Managers and Superintendents with the planning, coordination, and execution of multifamily construction projects. Manage project documentation including RFIs, submittals, change orders, meeting minutes, and project reports. Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, vendors, and owners to ensure project milestones are achieved. Track project schedules and support efforts to maintain budget and timeline objectives. Participate in construction meetings and communicate updates to key stakeholders. Review drawings and specifications to identify potential conflicts and assist with issue resolution. Support procurement and material tracking activities to ensure timely delivery of project components. Monitor project progress and assist in maintaining accurate cost and schedule reporting. Contribute to quality control and safety initiatives throughout the project lifecycle. Perform site visits and field coordination duties as required to support construction operations. Collaborate closely with project teams to ensure successful project delivery from preconstruction through closeout.

The Successful Applicant

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred. Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Project Engineer or in a similar construction management role. Experience working on ground-up multifamily construction projects. Understanding of construction methods, scheduling, project documentation, and cost control processes. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contracts. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and construction management software such as Procore, Bluebeam, Autodesk Construction Cloud, or similar platforms. Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and take on increasing responsibilities. Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering high-quality work. Local knowledge of the Denver Metro construction market is preferred but not required.
