We are seeking a Project Engineer with 1+ years of multifamily construction experience to support the successful delivery of large-scale residential projects throughout the Denver Metro area. Description

  • Assist Project Managers and Superintendents with the planning, coordination, and execution of multifamily construction projects.
  • Manage project documentation including RFIs, submittals, change orders, meeting minutes, and project reports.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, vendors, and owners to ensure project milestones are achieved.
  • Track project schedules and support efforts to maintain budget and timeline objectives.
  • Participate in construction meetings and communicate updates to key stakeholders.
  • Review drawings and specifications to identify potential conflicts and assist with issue resolution.
  • Support procurement and material tracking activities to ensure timely delivery of project components.
  • Monitor project progress and assist in maintaining accurate cost and schedule reporting.
  • Contribute to quality control and safety initiatives throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Perform site visits and field coordination duties as required to support construction operations.
  • Collaborate closely with project teams to ensure successful project delivery from preconstruction through closeout.

Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Project Engineer or in a similar construction management role.
  • Experience working on ground-up multifamily construction projects.
  • Understanding of construction methods, scheduling, project documentation, and cost control processes.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contracts.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and construction management software such as Procore, Bluebeam, Autodesk Construction Cloud, or similar platforms.
  • Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and take on increasing responsibilities.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering high-quality work.
  • Local knowledge of the Denver Metro construction market is preferred but not required.
