Michigan-based commercial general contractor specializing in industrial, manufacturing, warehouse, and commercial construction projects. The company delivers new construction, renovations, facility expansions, and tenant improvements while emphasizing quality, safety, schedule adherence, and strong client relationships across a variety of private-sector markets.Job DescriptionCoordinate and manage construction projects from initiation to completion.Collaborate with project teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.Monitor project progress and address any challenges or delays.Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.Prepare and maintain project documentation and reports.Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including contractors, clients, and internal teams.Assist in the procurement of materials and services required for project completion.Evaluate project performance and recommend improvements for future projects.The Successful ApplicantA successful Construction Project Engineer should have:Experience with managing construction projects, preferably in the business services industry.Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.Ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.Knowledge of safety regulations and quality standards in construction.Proficiency in project management tools and software.A degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field.What's on OfferCompetitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $95,000 per year.Comprehensive benefits package.
