This is a full‑time position with limited travel, project‑dependent with periodic site, factory, or commissioning visits.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign Reviews, 3D Modeling/ BIM Coordination and ConstructabilitySupport BIM/VDC coordination for electrical scopes, including model reviews and clash detectionParticipate in constructability reviews during preconstruction and execution to identify scope gaps, routing conflicts, and sequencing risksReview electrical routing, equipment layouts, and clearances within BIM models to support efficient installation and future expansionAssist with coordination of power zoning, redundancy paths, equipment labeling, and single‑line alignment within the model environmentSupport design development and IFC reviews to confirm alignment with owner standards, mission‑critical requirements, and commissioning strategyTrack design revisions and ensure constructability feedback is incorporated into project documentsMission‑Critical Electrical Systems SupportProvide centralized support for critical electrical infrastructure, including utility services and substations, medium‑ and low‑voltage switchgear, generators and paralleling gear, UPS systems and batteries, PDUs, RPPs, bus duct, and rack powerAssist with constructability reviews and energization sequencing to support redundancy, reliability, and uptime requirementsCost, Schedule & Procurement SupportAssist with scope validation during estimating, buyout, and execution phasesSupport change management, cost tracking, and schedule updates related to electrical workstreamsMaintain logs for procurement, commissioning readiness, and system turnover milestonesElectrical Project CoordinationManage and coordinate electrical RFIs, submittals, shop drawings, logs, and as‑built documentationMaintain controlled electrical drawing sets, including single‑line diagrams, risers, grounding plans, and control schematicsPrepare electrical status reports, trackers, and progress updates for project leadership and ownersSupport electrical subcontractor contract administration and compliance with owner standardsCoordinate vendor submittals, factory witness testing (FWT) documentation, and delivery schedulesAssist with multidisciplinary coordination between electrical, mechanical, controls, and IT teamsQualificationsEducationEquivalent experience may be consideredExperience1–5 years of experience in construction, engineering, or project coordination rolesExperience with data centers, mission‑critical facilities, industrial power, or large‑scale electrical projects preferredTechnical SkillsAbility to read and interpret electrical drawings, single‑line diagrams, and specificationsWorking knowledge of NEC requirements, grounding and bonding principles, and critical power systemsProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)Experience with Procore, Autodesk Construction Cloud, Revit, Navisworks, or similar platforms preferredSupport electrical subcontractor contract administration and compliance with owner standardsCoordinate vendor submittals, factory witness testing (FWT) documentation, and delivery schedulesAssist with multidisciplinary coordination between electrical, mechanical, controls, and IT teamsCore CompetenciesStrong attention to detail and document control disciplineExcellent organization and follow‑up skillsClear written and verbal communication in a remote team environmentProactive, solutions‑oriented mindsetA bility to support multiple projects and priorities simultaneouslyHome office–based role with daily collaboration through virtual project teamsPeriodic travel to project sites, factories, or commissioning events as requiredStandard business hours with flexibility to support critical project deadlinesOther InformationExcellent wages and complete benefits package.We are an equal‑opportunity employer, and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability status, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.ISC evaluates and hires applicants for employment based exclusively upon the applicant's merit.
