Description
* Support Project Managers with daily project execution
* Manage submittals, RFIs, and change orders
* Track schedules, budgets, and cost controls
* Coordinate with subcontractors and internal teams
* Participate in site visits and internal training programs
Profile
A successful Project Engineer should have:
* 1+ year of construction experience
* Exposure to healthcare, light industrial, or education projects
* Experience on projects valued at $5M+
* Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or similar preferred
* Proactive, positive communicator with leadership potential
Job Offer
Salary range: $72,000-$90,000 base + bonus
* 3 weeks PTO
* 7.5% annual bonus
