This is a great opportunity for a construction professional who is looking to join a company where they can learn and grow.Client DetailsOur client is a mid-tier General Contractor that has been in business for 50+ years and poised for substantial continued growth and success.DescriptionSchedule: understand and interpret project schedules with the objective of completing projects on time or earlierBudget: assist with forecasting, updating, reconciling, and maintaining budget controls on a weekly basisProject General: maintain company documentation including tracking logs for submittals, RFIs, PCOs, and weekly meeting minutesRequisitions: prepare requisitions in construction software and coordinate timely submission with accountingSubmittals: ensure accurate, timely processing and tracking to support proper building assembly and material lead times.
