Interns at IMCO assist and support project teams and/or department supervisors by performing routine daily administrative and project‑related activities, gathering information, and assisting in coordinating and completing tasks. In general, the intern will get hands‑on experience in the field and office learning how to manage and construct exciting projects.We seek a highly motivated individual who works well with others, has strong attention to detail, and has great communication skills.IMCO provides an employee‑focused culture and a team‑oriented environment, strongly emphasizing developing successful employees.Primary ResponsibilitiesWorking with a vibrant and diverse team to build, estimate, and deliver complex projects successfully.Support administrative and construction activities as assigned by the supervisor such as; reviewing proposals/specifications and drawings, performing material takeoffs, and preparing cost estimates.Learn how to supervise subcontractors and communicate with vendors.Prepare work plans, ensure quality control, manage costs and materials, and other duties as assigned.Compensation and Benefits$25 an hour - Relocation is not offeredPhone stipendGas card for company‑related useLocation & commitmentsLocation – Washington, Oregon, or Idaho2026 internship timeframes are flexible, based on the student's school schedule8-hour shiftsOvertimemay be availableEvening/weekend work may be necessary on occasionRequirements and QualificationsCurrently enrolled in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or HSE, related program, or a recent college graduate.
