This role partners with project managers, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to gather pricing, assess risk, and ensure profitable, well-informed bids. Key responsibilities include performing quantity takeoffs, soliciting and leveling subcontractor and vendor quotes, and preparing comprehensive proposals. Success in this role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of construction methods, codes, and market conditions.
