Job Title: Project Executive

Salary: $200k - $260k DOE + ESOP, 401k, Benefits, PTO, & more

Requirements: 15+ Years of Construction Project Management Experience

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee and lead multiple construction projects from conception to completion.

- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other construction and building specialists.

- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.

- Drive cost-effective project management techniques and strategies in the field.

- Maintain and grow client relationships through excellent performance and trust.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 15 years of experience in the construction industry.

- Demonstrated ability to deliver projects on time and within budget.

- Strong leadership, management, and communication skills.

- Knowledge of Sacramento and California-specific construction standards and regulations.
