Overview
Epstein is seeking a Construction Project Executive to join the management team of our Construction group and provide leadership and oversight of our in-house Design-Build project teams.
The Construction Project Executive will typically oversee Project Managers across one or more projects and is responsible for ensuring successful project execution while maintaining Epstein''s standards for quality, schedule, cost, safety, and client satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will have extensive construction project management experience, a strong understanding of Design-Build delivery and construction practices, and the demonstrated ability to lead people and effectively manage resources. This individual will oversee project quality, mentor and develop staff, maintain strong client relationships, and collaborate closely with Epstein''s multidisciplinary Architecture, Engineering, and Construction teams.
Large industrial and/or manufacturing project experience is required. Experience in food and beverage or cold storage facilities is a plus. Design-Build experience is strongly preferred.

Compensation
Individual compensation is determined by several factors, including education, experience, training, qualifications, skill sets, licensure/certifications, and location. Employees are also eligible for discretionary annual bonuses based on both company and individual performance.
The salary range for this position is $175,000-$210,000 annually.
