Construction Project Executive – Ultra Luxury Construction
POSITION OVERVIEW
We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Executive to provide senior leadership and oversight for complex luxury construction projects throughout the Miami market.
This individual will be responsible for the overall performance of projects from preconstruction through final turnover, leading Project Managers, Superintendents, and design teams while maintaining accountability for financial performance, schedules, quality, client relationships, and successful project delivery.
The right individual brings proven executive-level construction experience, strong commercial judgment, and an understanding of the exceptional craftsmanship, coordination, and attention to detail required in luxury construction.

YOU WOULD BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
- Provide executive leadership and oversight of luxury construction projects from preconstruction through completion.
- Lead and develop Project Managers, Superintendents, and project teams while establishing clear expectations and accountability.
- Oversee project budgets, schedules, contracts, procurement, forecasting, and overall financial performance.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, designers, consultants, subcontractors, and project stakeholders.
- Work closely with design and field leadership to ensure alignment between design intent, construction execution, and client expectations.
- Identify and resolve project risks related to cost, schedule, quality, contracts, and overall performance.
- Oversee project reporting, resource allocation, staffing, and strategic decision-making.
- Ensure projects meet company standards for safety, quality, craftsmanship, and successful delivery.
DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES?
Executive Construction Leadership
- Proven experience as a Project Executive, Project Director, or senior construction leader overseeing complex projects.
- Extensive experience leading Project Managers, Superintendents, and multidisciplinary construction teams.
- Demonstrated success managing projects from preconstruction through final closeout.
- Ability to provide strategic direction while maintaining accountability for project execution.
- Understanding of luxury finishes, specialty trades, detailed architectural requirements, and complex construction coordination.
- Experience working with high-profile clients, architects, designers, and consultants.
Financial & Commercial Management
- Strong understanding of project budgets, contracts, forecasting, cost control, procurement, and profitability.
- Proven ability to manage contractual risks, financial performance, and project commitments.
- Ability to anticipate challenges and make sound decisions that protect project outcomes and company interests.
Leadership & Communication
- Strong executive presence, leadership, negotiation, and client relationship skills.
- Ability to lead teams, develop talent, and drive accountability across multiple project functions.
- Excellent organization, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proactive, solutions-oriented leader with exceptional attention to detail.
