Job Title:  Construction Project Manager 4
Location:  Richmond , VA 
Salary Range:  $95/hr to $100/hr on W2 

Introduction

The Lease Construction Project Manager is a self-starter with demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, projects, and deadlines simultaneously. The role involves managing multiple large multi-faceted projects and working independently to manage deadlines and support staff.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Project Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field AND 5 years experience in construction project management of Data Centers or Mission Critical Facilities OR equivalent experience.
• Construction Project Management (5 years)
• Strong Communications Skills (5 years in a PMP style role)
• Scheduling Experience (5 years)
• LEED certification Degrees and/or professional licenses in Construction Management or Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or similar experience
• Construction Health & Safety Knowledge
• OSHA 30 or equivalent preferred
• Prior work experience at client or in client's Industry
• Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• PMP certification
• LEED certification Degrees and/or professional licenses in Construction Management or Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or similar experience
• Construction Health & Safety Knowledge
• OSHA 30 or equivalent preferred
• Ability to read and understand commercial lease agreements

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Serve as an advocate for managing a safe worksite.
• Manage construction deliverables and handoffs with various client teams.
• Coordinate meetings and activities of Lease Providers and internal MSFT SME.
• Attend scheduled owner/architect/contractor (OAC) and other project meetings, and report as necessary.
• Report project progress on scope, schedule, and budget weekly, or as required.
• Responsible for managing the construction process of achieving RFS.
• Work independently in support of the DCD Project Team.
• Track lessons learned and identify improvements to share across groups.
