Job Title:  Construction Project Manager 5
Location:  Ashburn , VA 
Salary Range:  $105/hr to $110/hr on W2 

Introduction

This role involves overseeing construction projects, ensuring compliance with standards, and coordinating various stakeholders to achieve project goals efficiently.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Infrastructure and IT experience
  • At least 18 months of continuous employment with a single employer
  • Strong commercial construction core & shell experience, including knowledge of structural trades, mechanical/plumbing/electrical trades, crane pick logistics, permitting, etc.
  • 8-12 years’ experience in construction project management
  • Familiarity with electrical and mechanical systems and structured cabling basics
  • Strong organizational and communication skills in multi-stakeholder environments
  • Proficiency in MS Office and willingness to learn Power BI and automation tools
  • Prior work experience at client
  • Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Coordinate projects, making detailed plans to accomplish goals
  • Present and explain proposals, reports, and findings to clients
  • Maintain project documentation and update dashboards for progress reporting
  • Monitor task completion and potential risks or delays
  • Ensure contractors adhere to safety standards and reporting requirements
  • Monitor budgets and validate invoices against approved scopes
