Salary Range:  $95/hr to $100/hr on W2 

Introduction

We are seeking a skilled Construction Project Manager to join our team, responsible for coordinating and directing construction projects from inception to completion. This role requires a proactive leader capable of managing complex projects and delivering results on time and within budget.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in construction and telecommunications project management.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods.
• PMI or PMP certification.
• Experience with Bluebeam and P6 software.
• Knowledge of production processes, quality control, and cost management techniques.
• Prior work experience in the client's industry.
• Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Coordinate projects, making detailed plans to accomplish goals and directing the integration of technical activities.
• Present and explain proposals, reports, and findings to clients.
• Recruit employees, assign, direct, and evaluate their work, and oversee the development and maintenance of staff competence.
• Analyze technology, resource needs, and market demand to plan and assess the feasibility of projects.
• Confer with management, production, and marketing staff to discuss project specifications and procedures.
• Review and recommend or approve contracts and cost estimates.
