Description
The Project Manager serves as the primary liaison between owner representatives, major subcontractors, architects, engineers, and project stakeholders, providing leadership and construction expertise throughout the lifecycle of assigned projects. This role is responsible for managing project personnel and ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with company standards and client expectations.
The Project Manager provides overall management direction for all functions required to successfully deliver projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, resource allocation, and client satisfaction. This position supervises Project Administrators, Office Engineers, Project Engineers, Assistant Superintendents, Superintendents, and Assistant Project Managers. Travel and assignment to remote project locations may be required.

Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, shop drawings, contracts, and technical specifications.
Proficiency in construction-related calculations, including quantities, square footage, volumes, and percentages.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams.
Working knowledge of geometry, algebra, and trigonometry as applied to construction management.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction management software platforms.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage project teams, delegate responsibilities, and achieve project objectives.
Education
Bachelor"s degree in Construction Management, Construction Technology, Engineering, or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience
Minimum of 5-7 years of progressively responsible construction management experience, including project management, estimating, scheduling, cost control, contract administration, and personnel management; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Preferred Certifications
Professional certifications such as LEED AP, DBIA, ASHE, PMP, or similar credentials are preferred.
