Overview:

Manage project from point of sale to point of completion serving as the main liaison between the customer and various departments within Betco.

Responsibilities:
  • Successfully hire, train, and monitor Crews, Site Superintendents, and Project Managers to meet current workload.
  • Maintain documentation in the electronic file system.
  • Oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion.
  • Estimate costs and schedule deliveries per SOW.
  • Coordinate and direct subcontractors onsite.
  • Establish and maintain relationship with customer, keeping customer up to date on various stages of the job.
  • Coordinate with Field Superintendent to ensure site is inspected in timely manner.
  • Train and monitor PM with labor pricing, labor contracts/packets, and crew payments.
  • Ensure vendor releases are made in timely manner.
  • Assist customers with questions related to design and construction.
  • Tactfully communicate with customers and crews to expedite any problems that arise.
  • Submit billing advices to accounting.
  • Initiate sales order revisions.
  • Assist in securing GC License for various states, countries, and cities.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

  • Previous Construction experience required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred. Three to five years related experience required.
  • Previous experience in Manufacturing preferred.
  • Intermediate computer skills required.
  • Communication, organizational, and tactful thinking is required
  • Some travel required.
