You will serve as the key liaison between our company, clients, and field teams, managing large-scale commercial electrical projects ranging from $2M to $30M. Success in this role means aligning with our systems, building trust with your team, and ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.

What Sets This Role Apart

We are intentional about who we bring into this position. The right candidate will:

  • Commit to company processes and continuous improvement—not reinvent the wheel

  • Lead with accountability and consistency across multiple large-scale projects
  • Bring strong commercial construction experience, ideally within the electrical industry

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE
  • Manage all materials, equipment, and resources prior to and throughout each project
  • Lead pre-construction “download” meetings and align field teams on execution plans
  • Communicate project scope, expectations, and updates clearly to job superintendents and crews
  • Oversee submittals, procurement, and delivery of materials to job sites
  • Coordinate vendor purchase orders and ensure field teams have necessary resources
  • Create and manage RFIs, ensuring transparency and communication across teams
  • Conduct regular job site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety
  • Track labor and material usage against estimates; communicate variances proactively
  • Enforce all safety protocols, company policies, and compliance requirements
  • Maintain project schedules, milestones, and budgets
  • Approve monthly billings and support financial oversight of projects
  • Participate in all project meetings with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams
  • Build strong relationships with Owners, General Contractors, and trade partners
  • Mentor and develop foremen, apprentices, and laborers to support career growth
  • Foster a positive, team-oriented work environment across all job sites
  • Partner with estimators to refine processes and improve project outcomes
  • Ensure successful project completion with a high level of client satisfaction

QUALIFICATIONS INCLUDE
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
  • Proven experience managing commercial construction projects ($2M–$30M)
  • Strong knowledge of the electrical industry and National Electrical Code (NEC)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams, develop people, and drive accountability
  • Strong planning, organizational, and time management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work across all levels of an organization

SALARY RANGE
$90-120k, based on experience

WHAT WE OFFER
  • Competitive Salary commensurate with experience
  • Medical, dental, vision and life insurance
  • Short-term and long-term disability
  • 401k with match
  • Paid vacations and holidays
  • Company sponsored events

We are looking for a Project Manager who will lean into our culture, adopt our processes, and help elevate the team around them. If you are someone who values structure, accountability, and developing others—and you have the experience to manage complex commercial electrical projects—we want to talk to you.

We conduct background checks as part of our pre-employment screening process and follow all EEOC and FCRA regulations regarding the use of criminal records in the hiring process.
