Project ManagerOpportunity to work with well established GC in South FL! Municipal/ public/ education construction experience required!About Our ClientThe client is a growing construction management company with a strong reputation for delivering complex projects across the public and private sectors, including education, healthcare, commercial, hospitality, and municipal markets. The organization is known for its collaborative, people-first culture, commitment to quality, and focus on empowering employees to take ownership and drive project success.Job DescriptionLead construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring successful delivery on schedule and within budget. Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, contracts, and procurement activities. Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, consultants, and project team members. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, engineers, and key stakeholders. Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement solutions to maintain project objectives. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, quality standards, and contract requirements. Review and approve project documentation, submittals, RFIs, change orders, and invoices. Conduct regular project meetings and provide status updates to clients and senior leadership. Manage project costs, forecasting, and financial reporting to achieve profitability goals. Oversee quality control efforts and ensure all work meets established specifications and standards. Resolve construction issues, conflicts, and delays in a timely and professional manner. Strong organizational and leadership skills to manage teams and oversee projects effectively. Excellent communication skills to interact with stakeholders and team members.
