This role leads projects from planning through completion, overseeing schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure safe, high-quality delivery on time and within budget.

Description
- Lead construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring successful delivery on schedule and within budget.
- Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, contracts, and procurement activities.
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, consultants, and project team members.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, engineers, and key stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement solutions to maintain project objectives.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, quality standards, and contract requirements.
- Review and approve project documentation, submittals, RFIs, change orders, and invoices.
- Conduct regular project meetings and provide status updates to clients and senior leadership.
- Manage project costs, forecasting, and financial reporting to achieve profitability goals.
- Oversee quality control efforts and ensure all work meets established specifications and standards.
- Resolve construction issues, conflicts, and delays in a timely and professional manner.
- Support project closeout activities, including punch lists, final documentation, and owner turnover.

Profile
A successful Project Manager should have:
