We are seeking a results-driven Construction Project Manager to lead construction and renovation projects across our branch real estate portfolio. This role is responsible for managing the full project lifecycle—from planning through execution, monitoring & controlling, and closeout—ensuring delivery aligns with defined scope, schedule, cost, quality, and risk objectives.
You will serve as the central point of accountability, coordinating cross-functional teams and external vendors to deliver high-quality built environments that meet business, operational, and regulatory requirements.
What You Will Do:
• Lead end-to-end project lifecycle, including planning, execution, and closeout
• Manage scope, schedule, and budget to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery
• Serve as primary contact for stakeholders; lead meetings and provide status reporting
• Oversee contractors, vendors, procurement, and contract compliance
• Coordinate construction activities, ensuring quality, safety, and design alignment
• Identify and mitigate risks while ensuring regulatory and safety compliance
• Track financial performance, approve invoices, and manage change orders
• Drive project closeout, including final inspections and lessons learned to drive continued improvement
Required Qualifications
• 5+ years of experience managing commercial construction or renovation projects
• Strong knowledge of construction project lifecycle, methodologies, and project management principles
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience with contract administration, procurement, and vendor management
• Working knowledge of building codes, permitting processes, and safety regulations
Preferred Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent strongly preferred
• Certifications such as CCM, OSHA, or LEED are a plus
• Experience in corporate real estate, workplace, or enterprise environments
• Experience using construction/project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Procore, BIM tools)
Candidates that live within a commutable distance from our Tempe, AZ and St. Louis, MO home office locations are expected to work in the office four days per week
