Description
Construction Project Manager
- Manage residential interior construction projects from start to finish, ensuring quality and timeliness.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to oversee high-end finishes, including tile, millwork, and MEP systems.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring all milestones are met.
- Monitor project budgets and control costs to meet financial objectives.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and company standards.
- Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates and addressing concerns promptly.
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure progress aligns with plans and specifications.
- Prepare and present project reports for internal and external stakeholders.
