Description
- Manage corporate/commercial interior projects from preconstruction through closeout.
- Oversee budgets, schedules, RFIs, submittals, procurement, and change orders.
- Coordinate with clients, architects, subcontractors, and field teams.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard.
- Maintain strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
Profile
A successful Project Manager should have:
- Proven experience managing corporate or commercial interiors projects in NYC.
- Experience working for a General Contractor (required).
- Strong understanding of fast‑paced fit‑out work and tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and client‑facing skills.
- Highly organized, proactive, and detail‑oriented.
- A team player with a professional, solutions‑focused approach.
