We specialize in renovation, repainting, interior improvements, and construction services across a wide range of industries. Our team manages projects that require strong coordination between field crews, subcontractors, vendors, and clients. 

Position Summary 

We are seeking a Project Manager to oversee renovation and construction projects from kickoff through completion. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple projects while communicating with field teams, clients, and internal departments. You must be fluent in Spanish-no exceptions. This role requires both office coordination and regular jobsite visits. 

Compensation & Benefits 

Salary: $65,000 – $85,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage construction and renovation projects from award through closeout

• Coordinate subcontractors, materials, schedules, and site logistics

• Conduct jobsite visits to monitor progress and resolve issues

• Track project schedules, budgets, and job costs

• Manage change orders and project documentation

• Review construction drawings, scopes of work, and contracts

• Communicate regularly with clients, vendors, and internal teams

• Ensure projects are completed on time and meet quality standards

• Assist with takeoffs, estimating support, and preconstruction planning when needed

Types of Projects

 • Commercial renovations

• Tenant improvements

• Multifamily property upgrades

• Retail and hospitality renovations

• Education and healthcare facilities

• Interior and exterior improvements

• Painting, carpentry, drywall, flooring, and finish work coordination

Required Qualifications

• Fluent in Spanish

• 3+ years of construction project coordination or project management experience

• Experience managing subcontractors and multiple jobs simultaneously

• Ability to read construction drawings and scopes of work

• Strong communication and organizational skills • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Outlook

• Willingness to travel to projects throughout New England

Preferred Qualifications

• Renovation, restoration, or commercial interiors experience

• Experience with Bluebeam, Xactimate, Stack, QuickBid, or similar tools

• Experience with change order management and job cost tracking Travel Requirements This role is based in Lakeville, MA. Travel throughout New England is required.

Travel Requirements:

Most travel is day travel to jobsites, though occasional overnight travel may be required depending on project location.
