Construction Project Manager

Project Manager will plan and oversee a construction project from initiation to close. Must be knowledgeable of the following:

Planning the construction project.

Permitting.

Buyouts.

Negotiating and creating contracts with Subcontractors.

Creating purchase orders with vendors.

Creating a construction schedule.

Keep track of subcontractors and vendors regarding schedule.

Tracking activities on the project from beginning to end.

Keeping track of job costs.

Status reports with owners.

Monthly pay applications to owners.

Job site visits.

Must have strong team management skills

Must have problem solving skills.

Time management skills.

Five years of Project Management experience.
