The Project Manager will oversee construction projects in the property industry, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role is based in Charlotte and requires a detail-oriented professional with strong organizational skills and a results-driven approach.

Description

• Plan, coordinate, and manage all phases of construction projects from start to finish.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams, contractors, and stakeholders to achieve project goals.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to key stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks to maintain project timelines and budgets.
• Oversee compliance with safety regulations and company policies on job sites.
• Prepare and manage project documentation, including contracts and reports.
• Foster strong relationships with clients and vendors to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
