Construction Trades Staffing is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee commercial construction projects from pre‑construction through closeout. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining schedule, budget, and quality expectations. Job Responsibilities
Lead all phases of commercial construction projects
Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and cost controls
Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel
Conduct pre‑construction meetings and progress meetings
Review drawings, specifications, RFIs, submittals, and change orders
Prepare and manage owner billings and subcontractor invoices
Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and contract requirements
Collaborate with architects, engineers, owners, and internal teams
Support estimating and pre‑construction efforts as needed

Qualifications
5+ years of Project Management experience in commercial construction
Strong knowledge of scheduling, submittals, RFIs, billings, job costing, and closeouts
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Proficiency with construction software (Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam, etc.)
Ability to read and interpret plans, specs, and technical documents
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field preferred
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
