Description

Construction Project Manager - Class ALead and manage Class A construction projects from initiation to completion. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and documentation. Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes. Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays promptly. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to plans. Communicate project updates to clients and stakeholders effectively. Negotiate contracts and manage vendor relationships.A successful Construction Project Manager - Class A should have: a background in managing Class A construction projects, including planning and execution. Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and building codes. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Proficiency in project management software and tools. Effective communication and problem-solving abilities. A degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred.Competitive salary ranging from $85000 to $100000 per year.
