The company is known for its expertise in high quality, complex and creative buildouts while fostering professional growth for its employees through consistent annual reviews and merit based promotions.Job DescriptionManage all phases of Class A office construction projects, from pre-construction to close-out. 3+ years of experience with $3M - $25M project sizes is required for consideration for this with a proven track record for success. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project requirements are met. Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and timelines. Oversee on-site construction activities to maintain quality standards and safety protocols. Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations. Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders and address any issues proactively. Negotiate contracts with vendors and subcontractors to ensure cost-effective solutions. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.The Successful ApplicantA successful Construction Project Manager should have: A degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or a related field. A solid understanding of Class A office construction projects and processes. Excellent project management and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Strong leadership abilities to manage teams and foster collaboration. Proficiency in construction management software and tools. Effective communication skills to liaise with clients, vendors, and team members.
