Description

As a Project Manager, you will play a critical role in delivering construction projects from pre-construction through completion, reporting directly to senior leadership.

  • Lead full lifecycle project delivery across commercial construction projects
  • Manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client relationships
  • Coordinate with internal teams including estimating, field staff, and leadership
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget
  • Maintain strong communication with stakeholders and provide regular project updates
  • Oversee risk management, safety compliance, and quality assurance
  • Build and maintain long-term client and vendor relationships

Profile

For the Project Manager role, we are seeking:

  • Proven experience (5+ years) as a Project Manager within commercial construction
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, contracts, and project delivery methods
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Proficiency in construction management software (e.g. Procore, Bluebeam, or similar)
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving capabilities
