Construction Project Manager

Job description

We are a leading construction company specializing in the erection of pre-engineered steel buildings. Our company is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Bilingual Spanish/English Project Manager to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in project management and the ability to oversee all aspects of the construction process from start to finish. This person must have experience in the steel building industry and a deep understanding of all relevant building codes and regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets
• Manage subcontractors and suppliers to ensure the timely delivery of materials and equipment
• Coordinate with engineers, architects, and clients to resolve any issues or changes in scope
• Ensure all construction activities are performed in a safe and efficient manner
• Monitor and report project progress to stakeholders

Requirements:

• Bilingual Spanish/English fluency
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management in the steel building industry
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
